Just Follow These Simple Steps:
1. Open Start Menu
2. Open Run
3. Type cmd
4. A window named Command Prompt will appear
5. Just Type "net user"
6. Then type "net user administrator *"
7. Just type a new password for the administrator
NOTE: The password will not appear
8. Just press enter and you will be able to open the administrator account
